These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) set forth the conditions of use for the services (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) provided by So Tsuchiya (hereinafter referred to as “the Operator”) on this website (hereinafter referred to as “this Site”) for all registered users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”).

 

Article 1 (Application)

 

  1. These Terms apply to all relationships between Users and the Operator concerning the use of the Service.

  2. In addition to these Terms, the Operator may establish a Privacy Policy, local rules, and other guidelines, which shall be displayed on this Site. These documents collectively constitute the applicable regulations for using the Service (hereinafter referred to as “the Terms, etc.”).

 

Article 2 (Service Description)

 

  1. The Service is a closed online salon community hosted on this Site, primarily intended for registered Users.

  2. Specific details of the Service will be published on the Site by the Operator.

 

Article 3 (User Registration)

 

  1. Individuals who wish to use the Service (hereinafter referred to as “Applicants”) must agree to the Terms, etc., submit a registration application using the designated method, and upon approval by the Operator, a service contract (hereinafter referred to as “the Contract”) will be established.

  2. If the Operator allows registration using accounts from other service providers, Users are also subject to those providers’ terms.

  3. The Operator may refuse registration for the following reasons and is not obligated to disclose the reasons:

     

    • False information was provided

    • The Applicant previously violated the Terms

    • The Operator deems the Applicant inappropriate

 

Article 4 (ID and Password Management)

 

  1. Users must manage their IDs and passwords with due care. The Operator is not liable for any damages arising from unauthorized use unless due to the Operator’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence. For Discord-related issues, contact Discord Inc. directly.

  2. Users may not transfer, lend, or share their ID or password with third parties.

  3. Logins using a valid ID-password combination are deemed as usage by the registered User.

 

Article 5 (Fees and Payment Method)

Users must pay separately designated fees to access certain “Additional Content” (e.g., intermediate/advanced lessons).

Content purchased at member prices is only viewable during membership. Continued access after withdrawal requires payment of the difference from the non-member price.

Some paid content may offer discounted pricing or free access under specific contract terms (e.g., fixed-term plans).

Users who opt into such conditions cannot cancel before the specified period ends.

 

Article 6 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users must not engage in the following:

 

  • Unauthorized downloading or recording of video content

  • Using content for purposes other than personal study

  • Infringing on intellectual property or other rights

  • Illegally accessing content after membership ends

  • Violating laws or public order

  • Disrupting the Operator, Users, or third parties

  • Collecting others’ personal information

  • Attempting or committing unauthorized access

  • Impersonating other Users

  • Supporting antisocial groups

  • Posting or sending content including:

     

    • Violent or explicit sexual expressions

    • Discriminatory expressions

    • Content encouraging suicide, self-harm, or drug abuse

    • Antisocial or offensive expressions

  • Commercial promotions or solicitations

  • Sexual or obscene intentions

  • Seeking relationships with strangers

  • Harassment or defamation

  • Causing harm, loss, or discomfort to others

  • Religious solicitation or activities

  • Using the Service for unintended purposes

 

Article 7 (Service Suspension)

The Operator may suspend or interrupt the Service without notice in the following cases:

 

  • Maintenance or updates

  • Natural disasters or other force majeure

  • System or network failures

  • Other cases where continuation is difficult

The Operator is not liable for resulting damages unless caused by intent or negligence.

 

Article 8 (Intellectual Property)

 

  1. Users may only upload content they legally own. Disputes must be resolved at the User’s responsibility and expense.

  2. Users grant the Operator a free license to use their authored content (text, images, videos, etc.) for improvement or promotion of the Service, and waive moral rights.

  3. All other intellectual property related to the Service belongs to the Operator and may not be used without permission.

 

Article 9 (Exclusion of Antisocial Forces)

 

  1. Users and Applicants represent and warrant that they are not, and will not become, members of organized crime groups or their equivalents.

  2. They also warrant not to engage in, or benefit from, relationships with such entities, including:

     

    • Control or influence by such groups

    • Use of such groups for illicit purposes

    • Providing funds or conveniences to such groups

    • Having executives tied to such groups

  3. Users must also refrain from the following actions, directly or through third parties:

     

    • Violent demands

    • Unjust demands beyond legal responsibility

    • Threats or use of violence in transactions

    • Damaging reputation or obstructing operations through false rumors or force

 

Article 10 (Account Termination)

The Operator may delete posts, restrict access, or revoke membership immediately in the following cases:

 

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Suspected breach of Article 9

  • False registration information

  • Inability to fulfill payment obligations

  • No response to communications

  • Prolonged inactivity

  • Other inappropriate conduct as judged by the Operator

Damages caused may be claimed from the User.

 

Article 11 (Withdrawal)

Users may withdraw via procedures designated by the Operator.

Access to additional content purchased at member prices will expire upon withdrawal.

Continued access requires payment of the non-member price difference.

Repeat withdrawals and re-enrollments for specific events may result in re-entry being denied.

 

Article 12 (Disclaimer)

The Operator provides no guarantees regarding the Service and bears no responsibility for any damages unless caused by intent or negligence.

 

Article 13 (Service Modification)

The Operator may change or discontinue the Service without prior notice.

 

Article 14 (Amendments to the Terms)

The Operator may revise these Terms without notice.

If the User continues using the Service after such changes are published on the Site, they are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

 

Article 15 (Handling of Personal Information)

Personal information will be handled appropriately in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Article 16 (Prohibition of Assignment)

Users may not transfer or pledge their contractual position or rights/obligations to third parties.

 

Article 17 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

 

  1. These Terms are governed by Japanese law.

  2. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the court governing the Operator’s address as the court of first instance.

 

Article 18 (Special Terms for Discounted Content Based on Contract Period)

 

  1. Some paid content may be offered at discounted or free rates under fixed-term contracts.

  2. Users who choose such terms may not withdraw or cancel until the specified contract period has passed.

  3. Details, pricing, and conditions of such content will be clearly displayed on the Site or purchase page.
