◆送料について
・日本国内は一律1,000円（ただし一部離島は追加料金となる場合があります）。
・海外へ発送については、実費請求となります（ご注文後に配送料金をお知らせしますので、お支払い完了後に発注手続きを進めます）
 
◆木型について
・木型は受注生産ですので、納品までにある程度の時間を要します
・期間はその時々で変わりますが、おおよそ２週間〜1ヶ月程度を目安として下さい
・繁忙期の場合は納期まで上記期間以上にかかるケースもありますのでご了承下さい
・また、海外への発送は上記に加えてさらに期間を要する場合がございます
 
◆型紙について
・型紙はご購入後にデータをご提供致します
・ご自宅のプリンターや、コンビニのプリンターなどで印刷して下さい
・印刷の際は、用紙サイズを間違えないようにご注意下さい（A3用紙での印刷）
・コピー用紙のままだと紙が弱く使えませんので、ご利用の際は必ず厚紙に糊で貼り付けて使って下さい（プリンターで印刷→粗断ち→厚紙に貼り付け→正確に切り抜くというイメージです）
・厚紙に貼り付ける際は、スプレー糊の使用を推奨します
・スプレー糊をお持ちでない場合はスティック糊推奨です（液体のノリは避けて下さい）

◆ Shipping
A flat rate of ¥1,000 applies within Japan (additional charges may apply for certain remote islands).
For international shipping, actual shipping costs will be charged. We will inform you of the shipping fee after your order, and the production process will begin once payment is completed.
 
◆ About the Wooden Molds
Wooden molds are made to order, so delivery requires some time.
While the timeframe may vary, please allow approximately 2 weeks to 1 month as a general guideline.
During peak seasons, production may take longer than the above period.
For international orders, additional time may be required on top of the above estimate.
 
◆ About the Patterns
Pattern data will be provided after purchase.
Please print it using your home printer or a convenience store printer.
Be sure to print using the correct paper size (A3).
Since regular copy paper is too flimsy to use directly, please glue it onto thick paper before using (the process is: print → rough cut → glue onto thick paper → cut accurately).
Spray adhesive is recommended when attaching to thick paper.
If you don’t have spray adhesive, stick glue is a suitable alternative (please avoid using liquid glue).
